Description

Each driving lesson spans 85-90 minutes in length. All lessons are administered by state certified Class E commercial motor vehicle driving instructors who will ensure all Class E Driving students receive a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

Driving lessons are performed with the driving instructor's vehicle, which is equipped with a secondary braking system to enhance safety and facilitate the learning process. Under certain circumstances, we may make exceptions.

Throughout the lessons, the instructor covers a wide range of essential concepts, including but not limited to:

• Motor Vehicle Anatomy: Understanding the key components of the vehicle.
• Smooth Acceleration/Deceleration: Learning to operate the vehicle smoothly and efficiently.
• Negotiating Right/Left Turns: Mastering the art of making turns safely and confidently.
• Lane Maintenance: Gaining skills for maintaining lane position.
• Lane Changing: Learning the correct procedures for changing lanes safely.
• "Following The Rules": Understanding and adhering to traffic regulations.
• Looking Ahead (Aiming High) and Making Predictions: Developing the ability to anticipate and react to traffic situations.
• Parking Lot Navigation: Practicing parking skills in various settings.
• Defensive Driving Strategies: Acquiring the skills to anticipate and respond to potential hazards.
• Interstate and Highway Merging and Navigation: Learning the techniques for merging onto highways and navigating them with confidence.

Progression from one concept to the next is tailored to each student's experience and performance ensuring students can develop their skills at their own pace. We believe our approach makes the learning process both effective and enjoyable.

All students will receive a certificate upon completion that could potentially unlock savings with their insurance provider.

Pricing & Packages

Driving lessons start at $99.99 each and can be purchased separately or as part of a packaged deal.

We conduct driving lessons throughout Tampa Bay and the surrounding areas, aiming to replicate the real-life circumstances and scenarios that our driving students may encounter.

Please note that our Service Area occasionally extends beyond the boundaries of our standard Pick-Up & Drop-Off service.

For areas not listed above, Pick-Up & Drop-Off services are UNAVAILABLE by default. If Pick-Up & Drop-Off services are not currently available to you, you will be provided with the option to choose from a selection of available locations or to specify a location of your preference where Pick-Up & Drop-Off services are available during online registration.

If Pick-Up & Drop-Off services are not currently available to you and you register and book lessons online but DO NOT SELECT and/or SPECIFY an address where Pick-Up & Drop-Off IS AVAILABLE, please ensure to contact us to arrange for this service as we may make some exceptions. Otherwise, any booked lessons will be canceled, and a 10% processing fee will be applied, resulting in a 90% refund of your total deposit.

Student Contract

Eligibility
In the state of Florida, you must be at least 15 years of age and hold a Florida Class E Learner's License to take driving lessons with us. For information on the Florida Class E Learner's License or approved equivalents, click here.

Operating Hours
Our office is open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Online booking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Driving lessons are currently offered seven days a week with the first lesson starting at 9:00 AM. Right now we're also offering an extra evening lesson that starts at 7:30 PM until further notice.

Language
Lessons are conducted in English only, until further notice.

Instructor
All lessons are exclusively conducted by our resident commercial motor vehicle driving instructor, Mr. Curtis A. Jones, until further notice.

We offer six available lesson slots per day, seven days per week including:

Arrangements Outside Service Areas
If you reside outside of the listed service areas, wish to avail of Pick-Up & Drop-Off service, and do not choose or specify a location where Pick-Up & Drop-Off services are available during online registration, then please CALL, TEXT, or EMAIL us to make special arrangements.

Booking Policy
When you register and book lessons online, ensure that Pick-Up & Drop-Off service is available in your area and/or the area you specify. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of booked lessons and a 10% processing fee will be applied, resulting in a 90% refund of your total deposit.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment start time at no charge.
• Lessons rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice FOR ANY REASON will incur a fee of 10% of the lesson cost.
• Lessons canceled (lessons not rescheduled) with more than 12 hours' notice are subject to a 15% processing fee, resulting in an 85% refund of the lesson cost.
• Lessons canceled (lessons not rescheduled) with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full, and you will forfeit the lesson.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule and not being available for the lesson will result in being classified as a "no-show." Lessons where you are labeled as a "no-show" will be charged in full, and you will forfeit the lesson.

Lesson Start
Lesson time begins upon our arrival at the Pick-Up Location or, if in a gated community, upon arrival at the security gate/guard house.

Inclement Weather
Unless canceled by us, the driving lesson provider, driving lessons are given and must be taken in inclement weather.

Safety
Students must follow our instructions at all times. Failure to comply is extremely dangerous and will lead to immediate termination of the lesson. Lessons that have been terminated are charged in full.

Lesson Adjustments
Lessons may be condensed under the following circumstances:

• Changes in pick-up and/or drop-off locations
• Student not ready at the scheduled time

Notification
If we anticipate arriving outside of the 30-minute pick-up window, we will notify you. You may choose to reschedule the lesson free of charge in such cases.

Service Cancellation
If, for any reason, we're unable to render scheduled services, lessons will be canceled and/or rescheduled free of charge.

Personal Belongings
Any belongings left in the vehicle are the responsibility of the student.

Health
If you are sick, you must cancel/reschedule. We reserve the right to cancel your lesson upon arrival if you are determined to be unwell.

Termination
If we have discontinued business with you for any reason, rescheduling is not an option. A refund of any remaining lessons will be issued based on the aforementioned cancellation policy.

Expiration
Lessons not completed within 12 months will be forfeited.

You will not be able to complete registration and schedule lessons if you have not read, understood and agreed to our Terms Of Service (Student Contract).
